We collect your email address and the URL you submit for auditing. We also collect audit results generated by our AI system. If you purchase a paid plan, payment is processed by a third-party provider and we do not store your card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your email is used to deliver your audit report and, if you opt in, to send relevant follow-up information about improving your website. Your URL is used solely to generate your audit. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Page Content Analysis
To generate your audit, our system fetches publicly accessible content from the URL you provide — the same content any web browser would see. We do not access password-protected areas, admin panels, or private data.
4. Data Storage
Your email address and audit results are stored in a secure database to allow you to access your report and for us to improve our service. Audit data is retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support@ecomaudit.com.
5. Cookies
We use minimal cookies required for the application to function (the unlock cookie that grants access to your paid report). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
6. Third-Party Services
We use Google's Gemini API to power our audit engine. Content submitted for analysis may be processed by Google in accordance with their privacy policy. We use Razorpay for payment processing and PostgreSQL (Supabase) for secure data storage.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@ecomaudit.com. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
