By accessing or using EcomAudit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
EcomAudit provides AI-powered website conversion audits for eCommerce stores, coaching funnels, and SaaS landing pages. The Service delivers a conversion score, identified issues, and suggested fixes based on automated analysis of publicly accessible web pages.
3. Free and Paid Plans
The free tier provides a basic audit with limited findings. Pro ($19) and Premium ($79) tiers unlock additional findings, fixes, and in the case of Premium, a consultation call and implementation of up to 3 small fixes. All payments are one-time and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. Accuracy of Reports
Audit results are generated by AI and are for informational purposes only. EcomAudit does not guarantee specific conversion rate improvements. Results are based on best practices and pattern recognition — actual outcomes depend on implementation and other factors specific to your business.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, including valid URLs and email addresses. You must not use the Service to audit websites you do not own or have permission to analyze. You are responsible for how you implement any recommendations from the audit.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology behind EcomAudit is owned by EcomAudit and its licensors. Audit reports generated for you are for your personal or business use only and may not be resold or redistributed without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
EcomAudit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or revenue. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
